Artdex & Cognoscis Technologies LLP is a software product and engineering company based in Navi Mumbai, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website at artdexandcognoscis.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us — such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and project details — when you submit an enquiry through our contact form. We also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, referrers, device type) via Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-focused and does not use cookies or track personal identifiers.

If you accept optional analytics via our cookie banner, we additionally collect page-view and session-interaction data through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, described further under “Cookies” below.

How we use your information

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. To do this, your enquiry details are stored securely and added to our CRM (HubSpot) so our team can track and follow up on it, and an internal notification is sent to us via Resend. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes, and submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for any marketing communications. Analytics data (where you have consented to it) is used to understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and maintain a follow-up history in our CRM. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at contact@artdexandcognoscis.com.

Cookies

Plausible Analytics, which we use for baseline traffic statistics, is cookieless and requires no consent. Separately, with your explicit consent via the cookie banner, we use:

• Google Analytics — to measure page views and site usage.
• Microsoft Clarity — to record anonymized session interactions (clicks, scrolling) and generate heatmaps. Form fields and confirmation messages are always masked, so anything you type is never visible in a recording.

Neither tool is used for advertising, and we never enable ad-related tracking permissions. Nothing loads until you accept — declining or later withdrawing consent stops both immediately. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie Preferences” in the footer.
